After 13 years of a successful course since its establishment in April 2000, PC SYSTEMS is listed in the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The company’s capital enhancement was the start for the creation of a verticalised dynamic group of companies that also specialises in the development of applications for Local Government Organisations and geographic information systems’ applications (GIS), thus laying the foundation for further enhancement of the company’s leading position and the rise of its financial figures. 

In May 2006, 65% of its shares were acquired by new investors. That was the start of a new chapter in the company's business activity. Moreover, the increase of the company’s share capital in October 2007 has further enhanced its development, giving the company the chance to invest in pioneering and innovative technologies as well as to expand towards new markets and activity sectors through acquisitions/ mergers of 2 new companies. That way the company enhanced its solutions' portfolio gaining experience and know-how in the verticalised field of Health Informatics (Biotelemetry applications) as well as Network and Systems security.
