In May 2009, PC SYSTEMS has installed e-ppokrates at the Mobile Clinic of The Smile of the Child. This is a pioneering biotelemetry system, which achieves accurate and well-established diagnoses and therefore timely therapeutic intervention.  E-ppokrates operation at the Mobile Clinic provides the possibility of performing a full check-up on all children from all over Greece in a very short time. The tests’ data are recorded in the electronic medical chart of each child that is created at the time of the test. Thus the results can be evaluated online whenever needed by any authorised and specialised physician.

E-ppokrates is the result of intensive research by PC SYSTEMS in new, innovative technologies. Its main goal is the improvement of the quality of life of citizens. The System was introduced in the Mobile Clinic in order to contribute to the provision of reliable medical services for all children, with special emphasis on those with social, financial and other difficulties who do not receive appropriate monitoring and care.
